The Role 

• Manage and further develop an established portfolio of individual, business and rural clients 
• Lead and support an experienced team 
• Maintain and strengthen long-standing client relationships 
• Oversee business operations, client service delivery and practice performance 
• Identify opportunities for growth and business development 
• Work closely with the current Principal during the transition period 
• Progress towards practice ownership, merger or partnership 

About You 

• Experienced public practice accountant with strong Business Services and Taxation expertise 
• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred 
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships 
• Commercially minded with leadership and practice management capability 
• Interested in practice ownership, succession opportunities or expanding an existing firm 
• Motivated to establish a long-term presence within a regional community
