Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and KPI results

• Training, developing and mentoring our team

• Managing the day to day of the boutique including rostering, inventory management and reporting

• Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our KIVARI customer

• Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard

• Manage new stock deliveries

• Recruitment

• Visual Merchandising

 Qualifications: 

• Previous experience managing or supervising a boutique

• Ability to build strong relationships

• Demonstrated skill in delivering results

• An influential leader
