About the role
The Service Imaging Product Leader - ANZ owns the strategy, roadmap and commercial performance of the Imaging Accessories service portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. The role bridges product management and commercial execution: translating customer and market insight into a differentiated portfolio, then partnering with the ANZ commercial teams to convert it into orders, sales and margin — at initial equipment sale and across the equipment lifecycle.
Portfolio strategy — Set and execute the accessory product strategy for ANZ. Own the roadmap from new offerings through updates to end-of-life, guided by market trends, competitor activity and validated customer needs, and aligned with equipment product management.
Commercial performance — Deliver the Imaging Accessories service orders, sales and margin operating plan. Build and forecast the opportunity funnel using GE HealthCare sales tools, and report performance against plan to the ANZ senior leadership team.
Commercial partnership — Act as business partner to the ANZ commercial teams — developing, communicating and driving portfolio programs with sales leaders and account teams to grow the prospect pipeline.
Pricing and tenders — Develop pricing strategies and commercial models, maintain price books and quoting systems, issue accurate and timely quotations, and support tender submissions.
Supplier management — Source, develop and manage local and global supplier relationships that expand the portfolio, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.
Enablement — Train and equip internal commercial and field teams and external stakeholders on the product range, including on-site demonstrations and installations as required.
