About the role

We are seeking a casual Wholesale Bread Sales & Client Care Assistant to support our wholesale operations, nurture relationships with existing customers, and help onboard new clients. This role combines customer service with on-the-road client care, ensuring our partner cafés, restaurants, and stockists receive the best possible service from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for existing wholesale clients

• Manage daily and weekly orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Visit clients regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction

• Liaise with production and delivery teams to guarantee smooth supply

• Share product updates

• Resolve client issues quickly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback

• Onboard new wholesale clients – set up accounts, explain ordering processes, introduce product range, and ensure smooth transition

• Prepare & submit weekly sales and client activity reports to management

• Track client satisfaction

About you

• Experience in wholesale sales, account management, or hospitality (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised with attention to detail and reporting

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Interest in artisan bread and food culture

• Valid driver's licence required
