Duty Manager - Leisure Facilities
Multiple Casual Positions | Latrobe Leisure Moe/Newborough, Morwell and Churchill, Yallourn North and Moe Outdoor Pools
Duty Manager: $46.57 per hour (includes 25% casual loading)
Qualified Customer Service Officer (Lifeguard): $43.09 per hour (includes 25% casual loading)
We're looking for Duty Managers to join our Leisure Facilities team. In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our leisure centres and outdoor pools, ensuring a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers while supporting staff and maintaining high operational standards across our facilities.
This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic community environment, helping people stay active, connected and engaged while contributing to the safe and successful operation of Council's leisure facilities.

Please note that this role includes facility supervision responsibilities and is therefore only available to applicants aged 18 years and over.
