About the role
Supply Chain Coordinator at Brand Hub
Want to build your supply chain career somewhere you’ll actually get to see how the whole thing works?
Brand Hub is home to Destination Italy, Potato Utopia and TUMME emerging brands. We are looking for a switched-on Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and help keep products moving from our international suppliers through to some of Australia and New Zealand’s biggest retailers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems and people. You’ll coordinate orders, shipments, stock and forecasts, working closely with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses, customers and our internal team.
You won’t just process transactions. We want someone who notices when something doesn’t look right, digs into the detail and helps solve it.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day supply of assigned product categories, including:
Processing customer orders accurately and on time, including EDI orders
Raising purchase orders and coordinating with overseas suppliers
Tracking international shipments and keeping ETAs up to date
Coordinating container receivals with our 3PL warehouse partners
Maintaining accurate stock, lot and expiry information
Involvement in inventory forecasts, including promotional activity
Comparing actual customer orders against forecast and identifying variances early
Reconciling stock and investigating discrepancies
Checking logistics and 3PL invoices against agreed rates
Managing customer credit claims and resolving issues
Keeping suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, customers and our commercial team informed
Looking for practical ways to make our processes simpler, faster and better
Who we’re looking for:
You don’t need decades of experience. You do need to be curious, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
You’ll probably thrive in this role if you:
Are confident with numbers and enjoy making them make sense
Have strong attention to detail and care about getting things right
Naturally investigate a discrepancy rather than simply passing it on
Communicate clearly and keep people informed without needing to be chased
Can juggle competing priorities and deadlines
Enjoy solving problems and improving the way things are done
Have some experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory or a similar coordination role
Are comfortable learning and working across systems and data
Experience with an ERP system — particularly Microsoft Business Central — would be an advantage, as would experience with food, FMCG or temperature-controlled products.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
Why Brand Hub?
We’re a growing Australian business working across food and pharma, building brands and products that find their way into shoppers’ baskets.
We’re big enough to work with major retailers and international suppliers, but small enough that your contribution is visible and you can make a genuine difference.
Our values are pretty simple:
Can do. Will do.
Keep It Real.
Stronger Together.
Raise the Bar.
If that sounds like the kind of environment where you’d do your best work, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now.
