Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the field service team and workshop for parts, installation, commissioning and servicing
Manage schedules and ensure daily routes are planned efficiency and with optimal utilisation in mind
Working with our knowledge network to ensure the best results for our customers
Assist with incoming calls, redirecting and prioritising, providing technical support, and liaise with customers about upcoming works
Manage site-specific inductions and all related paperwork.
Creating and reviewing job works or invoicing and subscription management
About you
To be considered for this opportunity, here’s what you’ll need:
Structured, detail orientated individual with a understanding of the civil construction industry
Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Proven customer service experience within the Construction/Earthmoving equipment industry or similar
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and your team
A proactive mindset, always on the lookout to improve operational efficiency and implement improvements
Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
Experience with survey/machine control/earthmoving machinery is not required, but highly desirable
A current driver's license
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Benefits: Weekly Health Allowance of $30/week
