Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the field service team and workshop for parts, installation, commissioning and servicing

• Manage schedules and ensure daily routes are planned efficiency and with optimal utilisation in mind

• Working with our knowledge network to ensure the best results for our customers

• Assist with incoming calls, redirecting and prioritising, providing technical support, and liaise with customers about upcoming works

• Manage site-specific inductions and all related paperwork.

• Creating and reviewing job works or invoicing and subscription management

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, here’s what you’ll need:

• Structured, detail orientated individual with a understanding of the civil construction industry

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

• Proven customer service experience within the Construction/Earthmoving equipment industry or similar

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and your team

• A proactive mindset, always on the lookout to improve operational efficiency and implement improvements

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish

• Experience with survey/machine control/earthmoving machinery is not required, but highly desirable

• A current driver's license

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

• Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

• Benefits: Weekly Health Allowance of $30/week
