MK Group of Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager and an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team.

Senior Property Manager Responsibilities

• Manage a residential property portfolio independently.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Conduct routine inspections and final inspections.

• Coordinate maintenance and emergency repairs.

• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy compliance.

• Handle arrears, breaches, and SACAT matters.

• Mentor and support junior property management staff.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with South Australian tenancy legislation.

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Property Manager with the daily management of the portfolio.

• Coordinate maintenance requests.

• Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries.

• Conduct routine/Ingoing/Outgoing inspections.

• Prepare tenancy documentation and administrative tasks.

• Monitor rent arrears and assist with follow-ups.
