ConsultANZ is looking for experienced
Site Engineers and
Project Engineers to support the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects across
NSW. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of one of the state’s largest and most impactful builds, working alongside a Tier 1 contractor and an experienced, collaborative project team.
Main Duties:
- Manage site works involving piling, foundations, earthworks, general civil, or structural construction
- Ensure works are delivered safely and meet quality, environmental, and engineering standards
- Coordinate daily site activities with supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Managing QA documentation, including raising lots and TRs, and coordinating the required testing with subcontractors in accordance with the ITP.
- Monitor project progress and prepare site reports and technical documentation
- Assist with the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

Site Engineer: Minimum 2+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably in piling, foundations, or earthworks

Project Engineer: Minimum 4-5+ years of experience delivering major civil or structural infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
- Willingness to work a DIDO 5:2 roster
Roster Details: - Contract role with the opportunity to become permanent
- 5:2 roster – Monday to Friday
- Based in Sydney or Canberra
Benefits: - Competitive salary packages:

Site Engineer: $130,000–$150,000 + super + company car

Project Engineer: $170,000–$200,000 + super + company car
