Salesforce Data and Reporting Specialist

We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Data and Reporting Specialist to design insightful dashboards and visualisations, maintain data accuracy, and support ongoing enhancements to our Salesforce platform. Working closely with the Salesforce Platform Manager, you’ll play a key role in both analytics and administration to ensure our CRM continues to perform at its best.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain powerful datasets and reports that bring insights to life.

• Create interactive dashboards in CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM) to support business decision-making and customer outcomes.

• Extract and analyse data from SQL databases to identify trends and opportunities.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and security across Salesforce and related systems.

• Assist with system administration, including flows, objects, permissions and enhancement requests.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ Salesforce experience in an administration or analytics role, highly desirable.

• Experience with CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM, SQL, SOQL and SAQL.

• Strong Excel skills (Power Pivot, advanced formulas and functions).

• Experience building Salesforce Flows (highly desirable).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate data insights clearly.
