Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 7:00 am – 3:05 pm

• Plenty of overtime currently available for those looking to maximize their earnings.

• Advertised hourly rate dependant on applicants suitable role and skill level

This is a full-time, factory-based position with an immediate start available. You'll be involved in the manufacture of custom cabinetry and joinery.

• Previous cabinet making experience

We are looking for a reliable, physically fit Truck Driver / Delivery Assistant to join our team.

This is not just a driving job — it’s a hands-on role delivering custom cabinetry to building sites. You’ll be loading, carrying and helping position cabinets on site, so you’ll need to be strong, organised and willing to work.

Your role will include:

• Loading cabinetry safely and efficiently at our factory

• Delivering to residential and commercial job sites

• Carrying and positioning cabinets with the team

• Keeping deliveries organised and on schedule

• Taking care of the company truck and the products you transport

You must have:

• Manual driver’s licence (essential)

• Good physical fitness and strength – regular lifting required

• A reliable work ethic – we need someone who turns up and gets the job done

• Ability to stay organised and work efficiently

• A positive attitude working with trades and builders on site

Highly regarded:

• Cabinet making or factory experience

• Joinery or building industry knowledge

This role suits someone who:

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsperson with a passion for cabinetry and craftsmanship?

A & T Cabinet Makers, a locally owned and operated business, is offering a rare opportunity to join our friendly and innovative team. Known for our quality workmanship and attention to detail, we are seeking a Kitchen Draftsperson with experience in 3D Kitchen software.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate 3D kitchen designs and cutting lists using 3D Kitchen Software

Work with CNC programming software, and prepare workshop-ready documentation

Understand cabinetry construction, hardware, and materials

Handle basic stock control and order materials based on project needs

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in 3D Kitchen is useful, but we are happy to train someone who has interactions with other software programs

Experience with CNC programming

Solid understanding of cabinetmaking methods and joinery construction

Trade qualification: Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent)

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Team player with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
