Job Description:

• Reporting to the WynSwim Coordinators, the Swim School Teacher's responsibility is to deliver and teach high quality swimming education to individuals and school groups.
• Create a safe and supportive environment to encourage learning and skill development
• Use innovating teaching methods to make swimming lessons exciting and enjoyable
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement

• Energetic, outgoing, and fun
• A flair for working with people
• Excellent customer service
• A passion for swimming and making everyone safe around the water

Qualifications:

• Teacher Swimming and Water Safety Licence
• Current CPR Certificate 
• Fit 2 Work (Police Check) (or willing to obtain – cost is covered for successful applicants)
• Working with Children's Check (employee)
