• Manage the day-to-day Oval Hotel food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
• Lead, coach and develop front-of-house hospitality teams to achieve outstanding operational performance
• Drive the profitable delivery of all food and beverage services while meeting business objectives and financial targets
• Monitoring labour costs, operating expenses and venue performance to maximise productivity and profitability
• Develop workforce plans and staff rosters to support operational requirements and customer demand
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing supplier relationships and stock management to maintain product quality and cost efficiency
• Introduce innovative food and beverage initiatives, promotions and service improvements that enhance the guest experience and grow revenue.
• Prepare operational reports, forecasts and business performance analysis for senior management.

• Previous experience managing food and beverage operations within a hotel, restaurant or premium hospitality environment
• A natural leader who knows how to bring out the best in people

This is a hands-on hospitality leadership role, so you’ll need to be available for nights, weekends and public holidays.
