About the role 

The Club Manager is accountable for the operations of the Club and is responsible for a number of key outcomes of the associated business. The position plays a significant role in planning, drives sales and profitability, provides leadership, supervision and development to subordinate Club staff and manages/oversees personal training contractors. 

• Own the lead pipeline, including outbound calls, tours, follow-ups and membership conversion.

• Maintain accurate CRM activity, member records and performance reporting.

• Marketing Management to drive membership growth 

• Recruitment of gym staff, personal trainers, and group fitness instructors.

• Maintaining gym standards (cleanliness, maintenance, OH&S) 

• Administration work including but not limited to reporting, budget planning, contractor invoicing etc. 

About you

You are an energetic, passionate and goal-driven professional, with a proven ability to hit targets. You thrive in an upbeat work environment and love creating relationships with members and have the following: 

• Be people-focused and highly organised

• Be self-motivated, accountable and comfortable working independently without needing constant supervision.

• Have experience in building/recruiting a personal training team

• Have experience building a club culture to be proud of and gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility!

• Experience in, or understanding of, human resource and work health and safety processes is desirable.

Must have qualifications:

• Minimum Certificate III in Fitness or the ability to attain an equivalent qualification. No fitness qualification? We have you covered, you will be able to attain a basic fitness accreditation with us.

• Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).

• Must have appropriate police/working with children check.

• Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in a similar environment (e.g.: fitness, retail e.tc.) will be highly regarded.

About the gym

Snap Fitness Moe is a newly opened, premium 24/7 fitness club located at Moe Plaza. Opened in July 2026, the approximately 750 sqm facility features high-quality strength and cardio equipment, Reformer Pilates, group fitness, a recovery zone and an infrared sauna.
