Experienced Strata Manager

About the role

The role of Strata Manager is instrumental to the core of our business, through delivering high-quality professional services to our clients. You will work in collaboration with a team of skilled professionals who strive to deliver above expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Working closely and building relationships with Executive Committees and Owners

• Managing a portfolio of buildings and advising clients in accordance with relevant legislation

• Liaising with developers, builders, owners, tenants, contractors, building managers and various others

• Preparation of budgets, meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and other documentation as required

• Making site visits and performing general inspections of buildings under management

• Implementing maintenance programs in conjunction with the facilities team for buildings under management

• Establishing insurance policies and lodging claims where required

• Convening and attending Annual General Meetings, General Meetings and Executive Committee meetings

• Ensuring legislation and rules are adhered to

About you

• Minimum 12 months experience managing a Strata portfolio is essential

• The ability to take ownership of a portfolio of buildings and build strong client relationships from day one

• A positive attitude and keen willingness to learn

• Ability to negotiate and confidence in managing disputes as they arise

• The ability to structure, run and manage meetings

• Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence on a regular basis

• A strong sense of resilience and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

• Professional written and verbal communication skills, including sound comprehension

• Excellent customer service and time management skills

• Competent in using Microsoft platforms
