Full time Sous Chef

The The Irvine by Florey is seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join our team.

In this role, you’ll lead a small kitchen team, manage ordering and stock control, and work closely alongside our Executive Chef in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We’re looking for passionate, motivated hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure, take initiative, and bring strong leadership and teamwork skills to the kitchen.
