About The Role

As a Migration Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Migration Agents and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality immigration services. Working closely with Migration Agents and Administrators, you’ll be a central part of the delivery team — coordinating applications, managing client communication, and ensuring matters progress accurately and efficiently from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being detail-focused, client-facing, and part of a supportive team environment, while continuing to build strong technical knowledge in immigration law.

About You

You’re organised, proactive, and genuinely care about delivering excellent outcomes for clients. You enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in accuracy, communication, and follow-through.

You’ll bring:

• Experience working as a Migration Coordinator (or similar role) - at least one year
• Strong interest in immigration law and visa processes
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• A client-focused mindset with genuine empathy
• A willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
