We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Grade 2 Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Physiotherapy team at Epworth Hawthorn on a full-time basis.
Epworth Hawthorn is a leading rehabilitation facility specialising in amputee rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, and orthopaedic trauma recovery. Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will play an integral role in supporting patients to regain mobility, maximise independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
In this role, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy services across a varied inpatient rehabilitation caseload, including patients recovering from limb loss, musculoskeletal conditions, orthopaedic trauma and complex rehabilitation needs. You will contribute to individualised treatment programs, facilitate safe discharge planning and deliver exceptional patient-centred care throughout the rehabilitation journey.
This position also offers the opportunity to mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists and students, while contributing to quality improvement, research and service development initiatives.
As a valued member of our Physiotherapy Department, you will bring strong clinical expertise, sound judgement and a commitment to excellence in rehabilitation care. You will make a meaningful difference to patients by promoting recovery, restoring function and supporting them to return to the highest possible level of independence.

Epworth Continuing Care and Support Services incorporates our renowned rehabilitation, mental health and at-home hospital programs with essential support services.
Our rehabilitation, mental health and at-home hospital programs are some of the most progressive of their kind in Australia. Our clinical approach involves interdisciplinary teamwork and decision-making to provide individualised treatment and achieve positive outcomes for patients. Our strong team ethos extends across our services at Epworth hospitals in Richmond, Camberwell and Hawthorn. Our support services play a critical role in the daily operations and experience at Epworth hospitals through our food environmental and security teams.
