We’re looking for a Loan Processor to join the growing team at Loan Market Payneham. You’ll play a key role in supporting our brokers with the end-to-end processing of home loan applications, ensuring every client enjoys a smooth and stress-free experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the broker from loan submission through to settlement

• Liaise with clients, lenders, conveyancers, and other third parties to keep deals on track

• Manage client documentation and compliance requirements

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organised digital files

• Provide timely updates and clear communication at every stage of the loan process

• Contribute to improving internal systems and team efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a mortgage broker support, loan processing, or banking/finance admin role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)

• A proactive, team-focused approach and commitment to great customer service
