What wilI I be doing?

As a Commercial Coordinator, you will be supporting the operational performance and commercial growth of Mylestones Solutions' social enterprises. You will also focus on increasing revenue opportunities to create sustainable employment programs for people with disability.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating commercial activities of a portfolio of commercial enterprises, including printing, packing, resource library, and garden maintenance crews, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational performance.
• Managing customer relationships, stakeholders and business development to support growth and customer satisfaction. 
• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business growth targets and expand business opportunities.
• Supporting the preparation of quotations, proposals, contracts and partnership agreements.
• Identifying and reducing workplace hazards and risks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

• Experience in business development or sales with ability to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
• Ability to create strategies to enable growth and operational improvement while balancing commercial and social outcomes.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, stakeholders and business partners.
• Relevant qualification in Business Studies.
• A valid C class driving licence.
