Support Workers Wanted

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Worker to provide personalised support to one individual with their daily activities, after-school routine, personal care, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the role, the Support Worker will provide after-school, personal, and daily living support, including:

• Supporting the individual after school with daily activities and routines.
• Providing safe transport to and from community activities and appointments.
• Supporting the individual to attend Behavioural Therapy sessions.
• Supporting the individual to attend Street University.
• Providing personal care and daily living support.
• Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Supporting the individual to maintain their independence, dignity, and confidence.
• Assisting the individual to participate in community activities and social opportunities.
• Transporting the individual to appointments or community activities when required.
• Providing patient, compassionate, and respectful support with a positive and encouraging approach.

Availability

The successful candidate must be available to work:

• Monday: 2:45 pm – 6:45 pm
• Thursday: 2:45 pm – 7:00 pm
• Friday: 2:45 pm – 7:00 pm
