The Shire of Upper Gascoyne has an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant/Finance Officer to join our small but dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our finance department ensuring the successful provision of services to the Shire's internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and month end processes
• Fixed asset register management
• Audit and budget preparation and support
• Support payroll, creditors, debtors and banking functions
• Insurance Portfolio Management
• Rate enquiries
• Debt Collection Management
• Grant Management
• Accounting support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
