This role will involve assisting our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants in Gosford. and surrounding areas. Whether you prefer to work under ABN or as a casual employee with the potential for future ongoing employment, we have opportunities that could be perfect for you.

Requirements: To be part of our team, you will need to identify as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, as we consider this a genuine occupational requirement for this position under s 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).

Additionally, you will need the following:

• A reliable, clean vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
• A valid WWCC (Working with Children Check) and a clear Criminal History Check.
• Relevant NDIS worker screening is essential.
• While certifications are highly regarded, we also value relevant experience, and both will be considered.
• Strong English speaking and literacy skills are a must to effectively communicate and engage with our clients.
