Location: Parramatta  (hybrid working)

Employment type: Temporary Full Time up to 2 years

Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6 ($102,936 - $113,579 pa), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

 

Your role

 

The Community and Out of Home Care Asset Portfolio is responsible for supporting the stewardship, improvement, governance and assurance of community assets managed by Infrastructure & Assets.

 

This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute across a diverse portfolio of residential, community and operational assets located throughout NSW. You will play an important role in maintaining records, coordinating governance activities, supporting project delivery and helping ensure information, documentation and processes are organised, current and readily accessible. The role offers broad exposure to portfolio operations, asset management, governance and project delivery activities while supporting a team working across a diverse portfolio of community assets.

 

What you’ll do

 

As part of the Community and Out of Home Care Asset Portfolio team, you will provide project, administrative and governance support across a range of portfolio activities. You will coordinate meetings, maintain registers and records, support reporting activities, manage documentation, track actions and assist with the delivery of projects and portfolio initiatives. You will help ensure information is organised, processes operate effectively and key activities are completed in a timely and consistent manner.

 

You'll work closely with project officers, managers and stakeholders across Infrastructure & Assets, supporting governance, portfolio management and project delivery activities in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

 

What we’re looking for

 

• Strong organisational, administrative and coordination skills, including the ability to manage records, documentation, meeting logistics, action trackers, governance activities, competing priorities and multiple activities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate information, records and documentation.
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience supporting projects, programs, asset management, governance or business operations activities, or the ability to quickly develop capability in these areas.
• Willingness and ability to occasionally travel throughout NSW to support portfolio activities, governance requirements and site activities as required. A current NSW Class C Driver Licence is essential.
