This full-time hybrid role of Lead Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 is based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility to work from home. The Lead Functional Consultant will drive the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions by gathering business requirements, designing workflows, and configuring functionalities. The role involves closely consulting with clients to optimise business processes, providing guidance for system adoption, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders will be key to delivering impactful solutions.

Strong Business Process and Consulting skills with the ability to analyse and evaluate organisational needsExperience in leading and conducting workshops.Exceptional Communication and Analytical skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and derive actionable insightsKnowledge of Financial systems and processes to ensure compatibility with business objectivesProficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform is mandatoryBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related fieldAbility to work independently while fostering a collaborative environment within teamsExperience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus
