New Grad / Early Career Occupational Therapist

This role is for a new graduate or early-career Occupational Therapist looking to build strong foundations in paediatric practice with structured support around them.

You’ll work with children and families across a range of developmental and functional needs while building your confidence in assessment, intervention, clinical reasoning and family-centred practice.

You won’t be expected to figure it all out on your own. You’ll have access to a structured professional development program, regular supervision and day-to-day support from experienced Ots.

Responsibilities

• Assess children with a range of developmental and functional needs
• Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based intervention
• Work closely with children and families towards meaningful everyday goals
• Monitor progress and develop your clinical reasoning with support from senior clinicians
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration, or eligibility for registration
• An interest in developing your skills in paediatric Occupational Therapy
