Quality Assurance Consultant

Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Quality Assurance Consultant.
This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment.
As part of the Quality Assurance Team you will help shape a modern, risk-based assurance function that supports System Wide Workforce Services and WA Health Employees by:Delivering independent and objective assurance activities that support quality, compliance, payroll integrity, performance improvements and process effectiveness across System Wide Workforce ServicesUndertaking QA reviews, integrity checks and control activities to assess the accuracy, consistency and compliance of workforce transactions and processes.Using data, findings and trend analysis to identify risks, root causes and opportunities for improvement, and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.Partnering with operational teams and stakeholders to implement improvements, strengthen controls and enhance service delivery outcomesPlease view the Job Description Form (JDF) attached which provides a full statement of duties for the position.
