Early Entry Talent at Buildcorp are a core part of the team, receiving strong direction and exposure to a range of diverse projects. Throughout the Program, you will be supported by subject matter experts, a designated mentor, a learning passport with core disciplines defined, learning and development programs and various social and networking events. All to set you up for success in the industry and site supervisory stream.

What is the Site Supervisory Program? 

The 2-year program provides structured, hands-on development focused exclusively on the discipline of site supervision. 

About you 

You are someone who thrives in a practical, fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing a project come to life on site. You're eager to learn from experienced construction professionals, take ownership of your development, and build the technical and leadership skills required to become a future Site Supervisor. 

You might be: 

• Currently studying (or recently completed) a qualification in Construction, Building, Project Management, or a related discipline. 

• Hold a trade qualification and want to ‘Get off the Tools’. 

• Passionate about construction and interested in a career focused on site-based leadership rather than office-based project delivery. 

• A natural communicator who enjoys working with a diverse range of people, including subcontractors, trades, consultants and project teams. 

• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic project environment. 

• Eager to learn through hands-on experience, mentoring and structured development. 

• Committed to safety, quality and delivering the best outcomes for clients and project teams.

To be eligible for the Program: 

• At the time of application, candidates hold Australian/ New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency 

• Credit Grade Average 

• Be able to commence a 4-day working week (1 day Study) in early February 2027 

• Driver’s License (Provisional or Full) 

• White Card Certification
