Senior Accountant

About the role

Due to continued growth, we're seeking a qualified Senior Accountant to join our team in Sunbury or Wallan. You'll work closely with clients across a diverse range of industries, providing expert advice and compliance services. This is a client-facing role where your expertise and relationship-building skills will make a real difference to our clients' success.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for companies and trusts

• Business advisory and tax planning to help clients achieve their goals

• BAS, GST, and ongoing compliance management

• Collaboration with our Financial Planning team to deliver holistic client solutions

• Building strong client relationships and providing practical, timely advice

About you

• Degree-qualified Accountant

• CA/CPA qualified

• Minimum 4 years' experience in public practice accounting

• Demonstrated experience preparing financial statements and tax returns

• Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements

• Proficiency with Xero and other cloud-based accounting platforms

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to client service

• Australian citizenship required
