What We’re Looking For

• You genuinely love people and creating great experiences
• Background in retail, customer service or any people first role (hospo not required)
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and keep your cool under pressure
• You’re a team player who brings the energy and lifts others
• You’ve got that natural spark, positive & proactive

The Must-Haves

• Flexibility across shifts but Availability on Friday nights + across the weekend (this is when we shine)
• Full working rights in Australia

What’s Next? 

If you’re ready to create moments that matter and be the reason someone comes back, hit apply. Shortlisted legends will be invited to interview.

As part of the process, you’ll complete a quick online assessment – it’s a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you’re done, you’ll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
