Lead Carpenter

Lead Carpenter — Aspen Construction $50–$55/hr

We're growing fast and need a lead who sets the standard — not someone who needs to be managed. If you're the person the rest of the crew looks to, read on.

What we need

• Cert III minimum, 5+ years solid experience

• Framing, roofing, cladding (fibre cement, metal sheeting, timber & composite) and roof plumbing

• Read plans, problem solve, make calls on site

• Can train and guide apprentices without babysitting them

• Physically fit — you lead from the front

• Own impact driver & hand tools
