About the Role

As a Section Waiter, you’ll take ownership of your designated section and deliver polished, attentive and personalised service throughout every stage of the guest experience.

You’ll work closely with our restaurant management, FOH and kitchen teams to ensure every service runs seamlessly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of your allocated section

• Delivering exceptional, attentive and professional table service

• Welcoming guests and creating a warm and memorable experience

• Taking accurate food and beverage orders

• Demonstrating strong menu and beverage knowledge

• Maintaining high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness

• Working collaboratively with the wider team during busy services

 What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar restaurant service role, within a quality restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to confidently manage your own section during busy services

• A positive, energetic and team-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail

• Must hold a valid RSA certificate/card

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
