Role Description This is a full-time FIFO position. The Plumbing Supervisor will oversee daily operations on assigned projects, including planning work schedules, coordinating resources and supervising plumbing teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to specification. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and drawings, managing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and company procedures. The role involves liaising with builders, contractors, and clients, resolving site issues, monitoring quality, and driving customer satisfaction. The supervisor will also provide hands-on technical support when needed, mentor less experienced team members and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and safety practices.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills, including team leadership, work allocation, performance monitoring, and site coordination.Proven experience in plumbing, including installation, maintenance, fault finding, and repair across residential and/or commercial projects.Commitment to customer satisfaction and professional customer service with the ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations.Relevant trade qualification in plumbing and current license/registration as required in WA.Solid understanding of safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements, with a strong safety-first mindset.Ability to work independently on-site, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively with project managers and other trades.Good problem-solving and organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.Experience in supervising plumbing teams in mining environments is highly regarded.
