• Deliver exceptional service – Create genuine connections with guests and ensure every interaction reflects the Print Hall experience.

• Guest experience – Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests and ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of Print Hall.

• Menu knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of our food, beverage and service offerings to confidently guide guests through their experience.

• Order accuracy – Take orders accurately, communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar, and ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly.

• Service standards – Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and attention to detail throughout every service.

• Upselling – Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through thoughtful recommendations and strong product knowledge.

• Availability – Available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Communication – Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a diverse range of guests.

• Experience – Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or premium hospitality environment.

• Hospitality – A genuine passion for food, beverage and exceptional guest experiences.

• Professionalism – A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a professional approach to service.

• RSA – Valid WA RSA certificate required.

• Service knowledge – A strong understanding of service standards, sequence of service and restaurant operations.

• Work ethic – The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
