About The Role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious people in Gold Coast who are ready to build a career in the Dubai property market. Whether you are new to real estate or an experienced agent, this role offers a strong platform, professional training, and ongoing support in a fast paced, client focused environment.

What you will be doing:

Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulationsGenerate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activitiesConduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirementsAdvise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan propertiesNegotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactionsAssist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction processWork closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experienceBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable propertiesStay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory

Who we are looking for:

Currently based in Gold Coast (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 monthsBackground in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estateHighly motivated, disciplined and target orientedFinancial stability is essential (commission based role, 6 months of savings recommended)Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)Driving licence preferred, as you will need one in Dubai
