Work Location: Iron Bridge - Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal People.

Roster: 7D,7N,14R FIFO ex Perth

Fortescue are presently looking for qualified Electricians to join our OPF team at Iron Bridge mine site.This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a high-performance team at our state-of-the-art magnetite ore processing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and scope continuous improvement opportunitiesRaise notifications and work orders as requiredPerform breakdown and fault-finding on fixed plant equipmentConduct preventative and modular maintenance on fixed plant machineryParticipate in statutory testing and inspections to ensure compliance and safety.

Qualifications And Experience

Electrical trade qualificationValid WA 'A' class electrical worker’s licenseHigh voltage certification and HV switching experience are highly desirable but not mandatoryPrior experience as an electrical tradesperson no matter how long or background, we are looking for new to industry team members to join usBasic understanding of electrical fundamentals, with a proactive approach to learningProficient with computers and maintenance management software.
