Window & Exterior Cleaning Technician

Washing Wizards is one of the fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies on the Mornington Peninsula, and we’re looking for another great person to join our team.

Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing or a related trade is highly regarded. However, we’re also open to applicants with the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

This role offers approximately 30–40 hours per week, competitive pay, performance bonuses and genuine opportunities to progress as the business grows.

About the Role

You’ll work across residential and commercial properties throughout the Mornington Peninsula and South East Melbourne, delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services.

The work is active, varied and rewarding. You’ll see immediate results, meet great customers and work alongside a young, supportive and ambitious team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential and commercial window cleaning

• Traditional and water-fed pole window cleaning

• Pressure cleaning driveways, paths and outdoor surfaces

• Soft washing house exteriors

• Setting up and looking after equipment

• Communicating professionally with customers

• Recommending suitable additional services

• Delivering a high-quality customer experience on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Previous exterior cleaning or relevant trade experience is preferred

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and professional

• Friendly and confident with customers

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Comfortable using ladders and working at heights

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to learn, take feedback and improve

Applicants without direct exterior cleaning experience may still be considered if they have experience in labouring, landscaping, roofing, painting, property maintenance, hospitality, sales or another hands-on role.

Requirements

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Based in or near Frankston, the Mornington Peninsula or South East Melbourne

• Reliable transport

• Available for approximately 30–40 hours per week

• Able to provide references

Hours and Pay

• $35–$50 per hour + super

• Performance bonuses and overtime opportunities

• Commission on approved additional work sold on-site

• Referral commissions and customer tips

• Approximately 30–40 hours per week

• Ongoing training and support

• Opportunity to progress into a senior technician or leadership role

Pay will depend on previous experience, demonstrated ability, quality of work and performance.
