About the Company

Manly Waters Private Hospital is a small Hospital located on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, offering a personalised healthcare service to the local and surrounding community.

This casual/part time Receptionist role (approx. 20hrs pw) offers a varied workload and would suit someone who is organised, detail oriented and likes to be busy.

Main Tasks include but not limited to:

·        Answering and directing all incoming calls

·        Patient pre-admissions and health fund eligibility checks

·        Patient admissions and discharges

·        Liaising with hospital staff and patients

·        Administration duties as and when required

Skills & Experience

·        Previous receptionist/administration experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

·        Excellent communication and people skills

·        Effective time management skills 

·        Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced work environment 

·        Hard working, dependable, organised with a can-do attitude

Requirements

·        Be an Australian Citizen or hold a relevant Visa for employment in Australia.

·        Vaccination Record

·        Available to work 5 days a week ideally 8am – 12noon
