Solar and Batter Sales Consultants - Warm Leads

About the role

You will manage residential solar and battery enquiries from initial contact through to sale. Leads will be provided to you, and your focus will be on understanding the customer's needs, recommending the right system and confidently converting opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Contacting and qualifying warm inbound leads
• Conducting phone and/or video consultations with customers
• Preparing solar and battery proposals and quotations
• Recommending appropriate system sizes and solutions
• Following up opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Converting qualified enquiries into sales
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
• Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
• Working closely with our operations and installation teams

About you

• Proven sales and closing ability
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management
• Confidence discussing pricing and overcoming objections
• A results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Experience with CRM and quoting systems
• Solar, battery or renewable energy experience highly regarded
