We proudly represent a global market leader in engineering solutions for measuring and process technologies across industrial weighing, feeding, screening, and automation. This client has an outstanding (international) reputation in Engineering and Manufacturing across the mining & resources sectors. 

We are seeking, on their behalf, a dedicated Service Administrator and Document Controller to join their Jandakot-based operation, focused on supporting the Site Services team (Mining Mobilisation)

• 12 months maternity coverage with opportunity for extension for the right candidate (full-time; 38hrs per week)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous administration experience (minimum 2 years) essential
• Previous document development and document management experience (minimum 2 years) essential
• Previous purchase order and invoicing experience highly regarded 
• Aptitude for technology with experience in multiple software applications and/or business information systems (SAP, Excel, Word)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently on individual assignments or team projects without direct supervision 
• Effective analytical problem-solving skills 
• Being able to prioritise workloads
• Strong time management and organisational skills

Main Accountabilities

• Update existing documentation to meet the internal document and records management process requirements
• Liaise with accounts receivable to ensure prompt Purchase Orders and invoicing of customers
• Raising of Purchase Orders 
• Prepare and submit job calculations and customer invoices for service work (utilisation of SAP and client portals )
• Capturing actions and minutes from site-related meetings
• Ability to work unsupervised
