Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract to approximately May 2027.
We require an Administration & Logistics Officer to support manufacturing and distribution operations at our Carole Park site. The role involves the day-to-day use of our ERP system to coordinate logistics, manufacturing orders, purchasing and inventory control.
The Company
Masterol Foods is an Australian manufacturer and distributor of vegetable oils, food ingredients and processing aids supplied to commercial food manufacturers throughout Australia.
The Role
This is a full-time fixed-term contract until approximately May 2027.
The successful applicant will support the day-to-day administration of our manufacturing and distribution operations at our Carole Park site and will be supported by staff at the company's head office.
This is a varied role in a small manufacturing business where priorities can change from day to day. It will suit someone who enjoys a hands-on administrative role and is comfortable managing a range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and coordinate customer enquiries and orders.
• Create and process manufacturing orders within the ERP system.
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain inventory records and support stock control.
• Liaise with transport providers regarding customer deliveries.
• Prepare delivery documentation and related paperwork.
• Undertake a range of general office duties.
The Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally have:
Previous administration experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or similar operational environment.
Experience using an ERP system to process orders, purchasing, inventory and invoicing (experience with accounting software will also be highly regarded).
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers and transport providers.
A practical, proactive approach and a willingness to assist wherever needed as part of a small team.
