About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience.
You will:

• Provide a refined, memorable, and client-first experience at every interaction
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and collectors
• Develop a deep understanding of Rolex products, brand heritage, and craftsmanship
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards in line with luxury retail expectations
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
• Participate in ongoing training to continuously elevate product knowledge and sales expertise
