Civil Construction - Excavator Operator

About the role
TW Civil Pty Ltd are a family‑owned Civil Construction - Stormwater and Drainage company operating across Southern Adelaide, and we're growing our crew. We're currently seeking experienced 23t Excavator Operators, with more than one position on offer. We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience operating 25t excavators

• Capability using GPS machine control systems (preferred)

• A solid understanding of civil construction environments

• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

• Relevant licences and tickets (white card required)

What you'll be doing

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently for drainage and civil works tasks.

• Pitch in with manual labour and general site work when required.

• Follow site-specific safety rules and regulations.

• Keep the equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.

• Work alongside the team and other trades to ensure the project runs smoothly.

• Maintain high standards of work, always meeting safety, quality, and environmental requirements

• You may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training and experience.

What we're looking for

We're after people with a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude. Must be able to work nightshift and weekends work to meet the project needs.

White card certification & excavator license is required to commence work.

Applicants must hold valid Australian work rights including citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa.

Some positions will be available for immediate start.
