Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

You will report to the Warehouse Manager and own inventory accuracy and the daily movement of stock across the site. It is a supervisory role, and it is hands-on — you will be on the floor with the team, not watching the floor from a desk.

Key responsibilities

• Running daily stock movements and keeping the process honest — FIFO, replenishment, rotation

• Keeping inventory records accurate in our ERP and warehouse systems

• Cycle counts and stocktakes — and chasing a discrepancy down rather than adjusting it away

• Planning container unloads and seasonal stock intake with procurement and logistics

• Watching the numbers that matter — stock turnover, ageing, stockouts — and telling management what they mean

• Keeping storage, labelling and handling compliant with WHS

• Training, guiding and backing up the warehouse team

• Being the person everyone asks when they have a stock question

About you

• Three or more years in warehouse or inventory work

• Current forklift licence

• Experience using an ERP or inventory system

• Accurate by instinct and bothered when numbers do not reconcile

• Can direct a small team without making it a big deal

• Stay level when a container lands late and the whole day reshuffles

• Solve problems with common sense rather than waiting to be told what to do

Everything runs from our Meadowbrook site — office and warehouse under one roof — so the stock you are accountable for is in the next room, not a number on someone else's spreadsheet.
