Job tasks and responsibilities

Medication Management using simple online system

Assisting to implement solutions to the complex clinical needs of Residents.

Supervising Care Staff as they provide personal care to Residents.

Indentifying and reporting Clinical issues.

Skills and experience

Applicants need to be able to exercise good clinical judgement

Applicants need to possess good communication skills

Applicants need to be assertive and provide clear direction.

Applicants need to work well in a team environment

It preferred that applicants have at least 12months experience in an Aged Care setting
