Sales & Customer Support

SafetyQuip is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and career-driven Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a long-term career within the safety industry.

Candidates must hold permanent residency status in Australia.

In this role, you will begin your journey by learning the business from the inside through our comprehensive in-house training program. You'll gain hands-on experience with our diverse product range—from everyday essentials like safety clothing, footwear, and safety glasses to more specialised equipment—while developing practical skills through day-to-day customer support and sales activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Merchandising within the retail showrrom

• Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities and customer interactions

• Participating in structured internal training and product education

• Learning to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate safety solutions

• Assist our Sales team with a variety of tasks

• Handling counter sales and incoming phone enquiries

Products You'll Work With - Exposure to a wide range of safety equipment, including:

• High-visibility clothing and PPE (e.g. safety vests, gloves, helmets)

• Traffic management products (e.g. road cones, signage)

• Respiratory Protection

• Height Safety Equipment ( harnesses, shock absorbing lanyards )

• Advanced equipment such as gas detection systems and respiratory protection as you progress through the ranks

• Some experience in sales or customer service is preferred
