Lead, Mentor & Shape the Future of Allied Health
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step into leadership while maintaining a meaningful clinical impact?
Recovery Station is seeking a Regional Clinical Leader – Senior Occupational Therapist to play a pivotal role in developing our clinicians, driving clinical excellence, and supporting the continued growth of our highly regarded aged care and disability services.
This is an opportunity to join a large, multidisciplinary allied health team with more than 20 years of experience delivering evidence-based care for clients aged 12 + across aged care, disability, community health and rehabilitation services.
The Opportunity
As a Regional Clinical Leader, you will be instrumental in nurturing the next generation of clinicians while ensuring the highest standards of client care across the region.
You will:
Lead the supervision, coaching and professional development of Occupational Therapists across varying levels of experience
Drive our graduate program, providing structured support, mentoring and clinical guidance to early career clinicians
Support career development pathways, helping clinicians progress into advanced practice, specialist and leadership roles
Foster a culture of continuous learning, reflective practice, innovation and clinical excellence
Champion evidence-based practice and uphold the highest standards of clinical quality and service delivery
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary leaders to strengthen clinical capability and service innovation
Maintain a reduced clinical caseload across aged care and disability to remain connected to client outcomes and clinical practice
