The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be a key member of the team, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Support the team in achieving sales targetsHandle transactions for all types of sales according to company policyEnsure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy Ensure products are displayed in accordance with Swatch GuidelinesAssist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs Ensure the highest level of customer service

Skills & Experience

Experience working within retail sales or hospitalityPrevious experience working towards sales targets and KPI’sHighly developed and proven customer service skillsAbility to build and sustain lasting customer relationshipsOrganised and time efficientExcellent oral and written communication skillsFull time availability including weekends
