At The Royal Melbourne Hospital, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional learning. As a Speech Pathology Practice Educator, you will lead the development of the future speech pathology workforce and strengthen clinical practice across residential aged care services. This role offers the opportunity to combine your expertise in speech pathology, education and leadership to create meaningful impact for older adults, students and healthcare professionals.
Joining the RMH Speech Pathology team, you will be part of a service delivering integrated multidisciplinary care across acute, subacute and community settings throughout Melbourne Health. You will play a key role in building clinical capability, fostering evidence-based practice and supporting high-quality, person-centred care for older Australians.
Key Accountabilities
The Speech Pathology Practice Educator is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic design, coordination and delivery of speech pathology education and training across The Royal Melbourne Hospital's Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs).
