About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operations Officer in leading the organisation. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — you'll provide executive support, and play a pivotal role in streamlining and supporting the executive's operations and strategic activities.
In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring efficient operations, strong administrative oversight, and effective communication systems.

Companion Home Care is a leading Government approved Aged Care provider delivering a wide range of in-home services to WA clients for over 20 years across the Perth metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities
Manage diaries, meetings and correspondence
Prepare reports, agendas, and minutes; track action items
Maintain records and filing systems
Provide support in implementing strategic initiatives, projects, and change management processes
Assist with audits, accreditation, and compliance reporting
Provide clear communication to staff and clients
Line management of the Office Administrator
Ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis
Oversee stock control and inventory management
Oversee office IT systems and communication platforms to ensure effective operations
Project work
About You
Previous experience as a PA/EA or a senior administrator (aged care/health sector experience highly regarded)
Strong organisational, time management and communication skills
Discreet, professional, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proactive with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Participate actively in meetings and training sessions
Communicate constructively and professionally, ensuring a positive and supportive workplace culture
